Join us for a look at the Corporate Transparency Act, and how it will affect M&A Deals. You will learn about reporting requirements, other regulatory requirements under the Act, and best practices for ensuring that your reporting for newly merged or acquired entities complies with the Act.
CBA-CLE will email webinar access information 24-48 hours before the program.
Home studies will be available 2-3 weeks following the live program.
