An informal or formal petition for probate of a decedent’s estate can present challenges to the Registrar and Judge. District Court Judge Vriesman of the 1st Judicial District will cover basic issues and complex problems that may arise in reviewing the information contained in the standard probate petition, application, and appointment forms.
CBA-CLE will email webinar access information 24-48 hours before the program.
Home studies will be available 2-3 weeks following the live program.
