- EXPLORE a booming field of law in which few practice and where every day practitioners say: “You can’t make this **** up!!!!!”
- HEAR from a multi-disciplinary faculty across multiple fields and sub-specialties of law surrounding the realms of probate, estate planning, elder care, fiduciary responsibility and the true realities of the Silver Tsunami engulfing Colorado and the Nation, and which is upon us RIGHT NOW and crying out for multi-disciplinary lawyers facile in multiple areas of legal practice.
- LISTEN to judges and practitioners regarding the genuine excitement and overwhelming dockets –and craziness—creating opportunities for employment, in the practice of law, advocacy, drafting craftmanship, and trial practice in these related and overlapping fields of study and of advocacy and of drafting craftmanship and of trial practice.
- BE AWED by a panel of Public Administrators serving as conservators, personal representatives, and advocates from across the state.
Home studies will be available 2-3 weeks following the live program.
