In the second installment of Real Estate Hot Topics, we will cover significant landlord-tenant law updates that came out of the 2024 legislative session – including evictions (HB 24-1098) and warranty of habitability (SB 94). Our distinguished panel will provide a detailed overview of these changes and their impact on real estate law practitioners.
