Overview of the Uniform Community Property Disposition at Death Act

 

This CLE will cover the Uniform Community Property Disposition at Death Act adopted by Colorado in July, 2023, the scope of adoption by other jurisdictions, the predecessor act, and case law throughout the country interpreting both of these acts. This will be styled as a “discussion group,” so practitioner questions and insights are encouraged.
