    Alan’s extensive real estate practice includes contracts, title and  conveyancing, boundaries, financing, liens and encumbrances, environmental and due diligence matters, construction, building and development (subdivision, zoning, land use) codes, covenants, owners associations and Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act, leasing/landlord-tenant, roads and easements, water and minerals matters, oil and gas, valuation and taxation for residential, commercial, development, and agricultural real estate transactions and business purchases.  

    Alan is admitted to appear in all Colorado state courts and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado, United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
