I lead the Alpine Bank Wealth Management team. Born and raised in Colorado, I have spent my career working with clients in the trust, estate, and wealth management field since 1988. I have significant experience as a practicing estate planning attorney and as a trust officer. Prior to becoming President of Alpine's wealth management department, I served as vice president and trust counsel for the department. I am a past Chair of the Trust and Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association, and also served as a legislative liaison for the Section for several years, working on both the Colorado Uniform Trust Code and revisions to the Colorado Probate Code. I served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado School of Law (teaching Wills and Trusts, 2018, and Estate Planning, 2009-2011), and I enjoy mentoring and teaching co-workers, law students, and new lawyers. I am a past Chair of the University of Colorado Law Alumni Board, a past president of the Women's Estate Planning Council, and a member of the Rocky Mountain Estate Planning Council. My past work experience includes serving as Vice President and Trust Officer at Colorado State Bank and Trust, and practicing law with the firms of Balson, Faix & McVey, and Zisman, Ingraham & Daniel, P.C.  My career has been focused on helping clients achieve their goals, problem-solving with them as a trusted advisor, and administering trusts involving a wide variety of assets (oil and gas interests, water rights, farm and ranch property, real estate, family businesses).
