Elizabeth Domenico is the lead attorney in Robinson & Henry’s bankruptcy and consumer rights practice area. She brings extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcy representation. She also has specialized knowledge and experience regarding consumer rights protection in the areas of credit repair, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Violations, and foreclosure defense. Elizabeth has successfully litigated multiple adversary cases within the bankruptcy court protecting the rights of Debtors against their creditors.

Elizabeth understands the stress that being in debt and not being able to meet your monthly obligations can cause. She will go out of her way to find a solution that will fit your needs, whether it be debt settlement, bankruptcy or restructuring of debt. She will work with you every step of the way to gain your financial independence back and get you the fresh start that you deserve.

Elizabeth grew up in the Midwest, a proud Hoosier, and attended Indiana University Bloomington where she received her Bachelor’s Degree. She obtained her Juris Doctorate at the John Marshall University in Chicago.

Elizabeth enjoys living and working in Douglas County. In her free time she enjoys skiing, hiking, running and reading.
