David Belsheim is an associate at McConnell Van Pelt, LLC, providing litigation support in all areas of the firm’s practice. Mr. Belsheim graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with degrees in history and foreign area studies before serving as an intelligence officer in the Air Force. Mr. Belsheim then went on to receive his law degree from the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver. Following law school, he clerked in Denver District Court for the Honorable Herbert L. Stern, III.

Prior to joining MVP, Mr. Belsheim served as a Deputy District Attorney in Colorado’s 4th Judicial District where he prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases for the community ranging from DUIs to attempted homicides. Mr. Belsheim is admitted to practice in Colorado and Wyoming.
