I am the owner of the Law Office of Cassandra M. Kirsch LLC.  My practice focuses on Internet law, defamation, privacy, online harassment, cyber bullying, and revenge porn. I also offer small business assistance through my own firm.

I have conducted considerable research outside the courtroom on the cross-section of needs between society, high technology, and security. 

While pursuing my juris doctor degree, I served as as a staff editor for the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy and wrote for The View From Above. In March 2012,  I represented the Sturm College of Law at the Hague Academy of International Law Summer Programme at the International Court of Justice after winning the Leonard v.B. Sutton International Law Writing Competition. Upon returning to the States, I have published in law reviews and spoken at conferences on cyber crime, privacy, and the proliferation of hacker culture.

I am available to meet in the Denver metro area. I provide phone and Skype consultations to the Colorado Springs, Boulder,  Pueblo and Fort Collins communities.
