Anthony J. Zarsky is a licensed attorney in Colorado whose practice focuses exclusively on family law. Anthony’s experience ranges from handling cases involving high-net worth estates, business interests, high-conflict divorce, and child custody cases to the division of modest marital estates and the drafting of parenting plans for families who simply need assistance navigating their way through the legal process. Anthony’s practice is to handle cases from a goal-oriented perspective, with a focus on both client’s immediate needs and long-term goals. Anthony is a National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) trained trial attorney who has the skill set to fiercely advocate for your interests in court. Anthony is also trained by the Colorado Collaborative Divorce Professionals (CCDP) to assist with collaborative divorces.

Anthony began his legal career as a judicial intern for the honorable Judge Jill Brady in the 4th Judicial District of Colorado, whose courtroom was dedicated to a domestic and civil docket. Anthony also interned with the honorable Judge Jessica Curtis in the 4th Judicial District in a courtroom dedicated to a juvenile docket. Additionally, Anthony interned with the honorable Magistrate Daphne Burlingame in the 4th Judicial District in a drug court docket focused on rehabilitating individuals suffering from drug addictions. Anthony practiced as a student in the Family Law Clinic at Penn State, representing victims of domestic abuse and individuals with family law disputes. 

Anthony resides in Denver, CO. Anthony hails from Houston, TX and his hobbies include attending concerts, traveling, hiking, camping, cooking, spending time with his dog, and exploring Colorado with his friends.
