GEM Family Law is an award winning full service family law firm. Both our domestic relations practice and estate planning practice are growing, and we are looking for the right person or people to become part of our incredible team of professionals. 

Our domestic relations practice specializes in high asset/ high networth divorce and complex parenting disputes. As specialty practice areas, our team also works with collaborative cases, domestic relations appeals, matters involving the Colorado Department of Human Services (including Dependency and Neglect, and TRAILS appeals), adoptions, alternative dispute resolution (including offering mediation and arbitration services), and our most senior attorneys also work as experts in a variety of capacities related to domestic relations cases. We are expert negotiators and litigators and are looking for a candidate who shares our enthusiasm for this difficult but rewarding work.

Our estate planning team provides services spanning from providing straight forward estate planning updates after a client has finalized their divorce to providing expert evaluations in domestic relations cases and complex estate planning/ trust formation. We are looking to expand our estate planning team, so that we can continue to offer this variety of estate planning services. We would also be interested in speaking with candidates with probate litigation experience.

Civil Litigation Attorney

Boutique law firm in the Cherry Creek area with offices on the Cherry Creek trail, recognized as one of Denver’s Best Law Firms, has an immediate opportunity for a civil litigation attorney with at least 5-7 years of experience, and capable of taking a lead role in defending litigation cases, primarily involving insurance, personal injury, or property damage matters.  The firm has a collegial and collaborative atmosphere, and emphasizes the importance of having a healthy work-life balance

growing practice. A qualified candidate will:

· Be able to demonstrate strong dedication to personal injury law and a passion for helping people

· Have experience with complex litigation

· Possess strong organizational and writing skills

· Be energetic, hard-working, and a team-player

· Be licensed to practice law in Colorado or eligible to get a license on-motion

This position is out of Colorado and is not remote.

2 years of experience preferred but all candidates will be considered.
