Setter Roche Smith & Shellenberger LLP (SRSS) is a mid-size Denver-based firm that is looking to add an Associate Attorney to its Family & Juvenile Law team. Alternatively, we are open to developing a relationship with a contract attorney who can assist with case work needs. Experienced attorneys with 5+ years of experience in family law or juvenile law, as well as proven trial experience, are invited to apply. The position would be hybrid in nature, with approximately 2-3 days per week in office.

SRSS prides itself on having well-developed case processes and procedures, exceptional paralegal and support staff, and hands-on mentorship by managing partners. We also have the ability to select high-quality clients, and we almost always oversee cases from start to finish. SRSS values work-life balance, and as a result, we do not impose minimum billable hour requirements. We have a tight-knit Family & Juvenile law team that truly enjoys working together, and as a result, turnover is very rare.

SRSS is located in Downtown Denver in a beautiful modern office setting, but the firm supports a combination of in-person and remote work. Many different compensation packages are available, but total compensation will likely yield $115,000 - $150,000/year, plus benefits. Benefits include 401K program with firm-matching contributions, as well as firm paid health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, CLEs, bar dues, parking pass or parking stipend, and phone reimbursement.
