Mr. Hall represents religious institutions and schools in all legal matters. His practice also focuses on complex ‎civil litigation at the trial and appellate levels, with an emphasis on First Amendment litigation involving religion ‎and speech as well as commercial litigation of all types.‎

Representative Matters

  • Successfully represented major Colorado school districts in complex constitutional litigation at the trial and appellate levels
  • Successfully represented a religious college in constitutional litigation to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals 
  • Successfully defended a major religious denomination in retaining church property at five-week trial  
  • Successfully litigated numerous religious liberty cases for churches and religious schools, including victories at the Colorado Court of Appeals and Supreme Court 
  • Serves as general counsel to charter schools throughout Colorado
  • Successfully litigated commercial disputes in arbitration, at trial and on appeal
