Colorado Lawyers for Social Equity in Cannabis ("CLSEC") is a Colorado Bar Association initiative that provides free and low-cost legal services to Social Equity Applicants ("SEAs") and licensees in Colorado's cannabis industry. Areas of assistance range from state and local licensing, suitability as a social equity applicant, business formation, and contract review. Volunteer attorneys will field consultations and, in agreement with the client, may determine a further scope of work to be provided and whether such work will be provided pro bono.
