Sports & Entertainment

The Sports and Entertainment Section of the CBA represents Colorado legal practitioners covering a broad range of entertainment and sports law issues. It is a legal resource, discussion forum, and advocacy group for the advancement of the profession in these industries, often addressing issues arising on a national and international scale. The Section hosts myriad events and CLEs throughout the year. Our overarching goal is to expand the knowledge base and practice of creative arts and athletic industry legal practices in Colorado, whether private, public, or in-house.
