Leadership Roadmap

The Colorado Bar Association will be the leader in providing members throughout the state with the tools to be successful, a community within which to build relationships, and the focus to successfully navigate the future.

In accordance with the strategic goals of the Colorado Bar Association REFOCUS 20/20 Strategic Plan, it is our goal to engage under-represented populations by improving and ensuring their inclusion at all levels of the CBA. When making leadership selections and appointments, the CBA is committed to a non-discriminatory approach to provide equal opportunity for selection regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, disability, or religion. We encourage diverse candidates to apply for these positions.

Leadership positions through the Colorado Bar Association are available through election by the CBA Nominating Committee or through appointment by the CBA President. All leadership positions begin on July 1st at the start of the CBA’s fiscal year. The term of service is determined by the position.
